Our goal is to get your ARC Co. experience right the first time, but we understand that that can’t always be the case. We are happy to offer free returns for refund or credit on applicable sales inside of 30 days from the date your items were delivered.
All garments must include all original packaging and tags and cannot have been worn, damaged, or altered. You can initiate a return and generate your free shipping label by contacting us at email@example.com.
Once you’ve shipped your items, please give us 10-14 days after receiving them to inspect your garments and either refund you or offer store credit. Be assured that despite shipping and credit processing timelines, we are committed to providing you the same incredible experience while processing a return as you had during the original sale. We will get it right or make it right.
As noted above, not all items are eligible for return. Closeout sale items, promotional add on items, or any garments that have been customized for you are among the select types of nonreturnable items. We will be sure to note the status of a nonreturnable item on your original sales slip. We will also reiterate these conditions and more during the return process.
Note: Sale items with price reductions of 30% or more are eligible for exchange when available or store credit.
Note: When returning an item that was purchased as part of a combination order, any promotional discounts will be applied to the return item relative to the entire order.
